What We'll Need

• First; please complete our Website Design Questionnaire - this will give us an idea of what you want the site to either look like or what type of image you want to portray.
• Copy, copy and more copy... you need to provide the text for your website.  We will need as much copy as you can provide about what you do, who you are so we can build that into the website.  However, if you do not have the time or man-power to provide all the copy for your website, we do offer professional writing services and we can write your entire website for you.
• Graphics.  If you have some particular graphics that you like, we'd be happy to incorporate these into your new site's creative presence. If there are some images or graphics that you've seen out on the web in other places, please be aware of copyright laws. Image owners sometimes frown on unapproved use and call the "copyright police". If you do not have the necessary graphics we can assist in obtaining them for you through companies like www.istockphoto.com or creating them from scratch for you.
• We will need your logo in a high-resolution transparent Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator file.
• Keywords - we setup initial Search Engine Optimization on every website as part of the design and we will need 10 - 20 keywords or phrases that you believe people searching the web would type in to find you.
• If you're getting an eCommerce solution, we will work with you to develop a standard style of product information and will provide you with all the information on image size requirements.
• We agree on a "delivery date" - the date your site should be live.  This is very important to our project management process.
• Payment - Although we have done some of our best work for non-profits...we are not one, and are actually in business to help feed our families (and we've learned that eating is important!) We believe we have the absolute fairest payment arrangement in the industry:
  • We require a 50% deposit at time of agreement and the balance on the agreed-upon delivery date or when the site goes live, whichever is sooner (unless we cause a delay in getting your website up and running, then we will change the delivery date accordingly).
  • We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards and can arrange for partial financing on projects over $25,000.
