Sundial Studios is looking for a skilled DIRECTOR of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT to grow our Website Design and Internet Marketing services. Summary of position:

• Our ideal candidate should have proven Business to Business Sales experience and a basic understanding of (or the desire to learn) the elements that are needed to designing a website, content management systems, social marketing, SEO, SEM, graphic design and corporate branding. 
• Primary duties include (but are not limited to):
• Evaluating vertical markets to expand into
• Creating a marketing plan to reach these markets
• Making contact with potential clients and setting up sales appointments
• Understanding and evaluating the wants and needs of the client and presenting options and strategies
• Effectively relaying the clients needs, wants and expectation to our designers
• Presenting design options and marketing concepts to clients
• Extensive follow-up with the clients
• Completing End of Day/End of Week Reports 

Requirements:

• The ability to generate quality leads and work unsupervised.
• At least 2 years selling Internet services (Website Design, Ecommerce, SEO & SEM)
• At least 5 years experience in Business to Business sales & marketing
• Excellent computer and internet skills
• Experience and an understanding of creative and website design, ecommerce, S.E.O., Joomla, Photoshop and Dreamweaver a plus
• The ability to make convincing presentations to business owners
• Honesty and ethics

Compensation:

• Compensation for this position is based on commission plus bonus. A successful candidate should expect to earn $75,000+ in their first year.
